Throughout the year, the Y hosts special events for adults, kids, families and the community. Y events are a great opportunity to have fun and meet new people in a safe and friendly environment.
Pickleball Night
When: Tuesday Nights
Time: 5:00 pm-7:30 pm
Where: Carroll County Area YMCA
Ages: 16 & Up
Cost: FREE to Members Program Participants: $8/night
Registration Deadline: NONE. Show up & play.
What: The east court of the YMCA Gym will be set up for open pickleball play. Players are encouraged to bring their own paddles.
13th Annual Turkey Trot 5K
When: November 27
What: The YMCA will be hosting its 13th annual Turkey Trot 5K run or walk on Thanksgiving morning. Hoodies will be given out to everyone who is pre-registered by November 5th.
Race Start Time: 8:00 am
Birthday Party Rentals
Let the Y help organize your next birthday party. We'll take care of the set-up and clean-up so you can relax and celebrate your child's special day with family and friends.
Details:
YMCA PROVIDES: Tables, Chairs & party setup for 12 children. An additional fee of $3 will be charged for additional children, including the birthday child & siblings. Adults supervising the party are free. Plates, cups, napkins, plasticware, one gallon of lemonade, tablecloth & lighter are provided. Guests bring their own cake, ice cream, cutting utensils & any other party items needed. Set up & Cleanup are provided by YMCA. Guests are asked to tidy up the room and clean any major messes prior to leaving the party.
Birthday Party Options:
1. Basic MPR- A two-hour block for a party in the Multipurpose Room.
$110 for Members/ $140 for Program Participants
2. Basic MPR & Gymnasium- A two-hour block for a party. One hour will start in 1/2 of the gymnasium and guests are allowed to play basketball, pickleball. All other sports/balls are to be approved by the Executive Director before the party. The second hour will be in the Multipurpose Room for the birthday party.
$125 for Members/ $155 for Program Participants
3. MPR with Bounce House- A two-hour block for a party. One hour will start in the 1/2 gymnasium with an inflatable bounce house. The second hour will be in the Multipurpose Room for the birthday party.
$175 for Members/$225 for Program Participants

Facility Rental Options:
Let the YMCA host your next meeting, school field trip, shower, or whatever event you choose. All facility rental/room rental options must be reserved with Kathy Lock at (660)542-0011 or klock@carrollcountyareaymca.org

A facility rental agreement must be signed between the YMCA and the renter, as well as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the date.

Gymnasium (Half Court) - $25 per hr / $10 per hr
Gymnasium (VB Full Court Must be approved by Executive) -$100 per hr/$55 per hr

Meeting Room - $40 per hr / $25 per hr
After Hours – Profit Organizations or Program Participant / Non-Profit Organizations or YMCA Members
Gymnasium (Full Court) - $175 per hr /$105 per hr
Meeting Room - $125 per hr /$100 per hr
Overnight Rates (up to 7 hours) – Profit Organizations or Program Participants/ Non-Profit Organizations or YMCA Members
Main Level (includes gym, lobby, locker room, and meeting room) - $975 / $775
Field Trip to YMCA
$3 per person
Business hours only. Field Trip is up to 3 hours.
(Includes gym, lobby, locker room, social room, and MPR). Adults are free and must provide adequate supervision.
